The structure of a tire has seven main points, as follows:
1、 Tread:
The part of the tire in contact with the road surface should have good wear resistance, puncture resistance, impact resistance, and heat dissipation.
2、 Wire speed belt layer
The steel wire curtain between the tread and the tire body is used to improve the rigidity of the tread, enhance wear resistance, and prevent external impact damage to the tire body (applicable to radial tires).
3、 Tire lip rubber
The filling material on top of the steel wire ring in the tire is used to slow down the impact of the tire bead, prevent air from entering during molding, and increase the rigidity of the lower sidewall
4、 Tire lip steel wire
It is made by winding rubber coated steel wires in a certain shape, which plays the role of installing the tire into the wheel rim and fixing the tire.
5、 Fetal lip
The filling material on top of the steel wire ring in the tire is used to slow down the impact of the tire ring and prevent formation time and space
Air intake increases the rigidity of the lower sidewall.
6、 Tire sidewall
The rubber layer on the side of the tire should have good flexural flexibility. Its function: to protect the tire body, improve ride comfort and operational stability.
7、 Fetal shoulder
Made of thick rubber, its main function is to protect the tire body from damage. The shoulder of the tire is designed with a hollow area, like grooves on the tire surface, which helps dissipate heat.
